Why there is no action?
Why there is no protest?
What is the agenda?
Will this change anything?
How will drivers conditions get better?
To all the questions I am going to answer it:
Actions are going on we are creating the largest group ever made in history on telegram which is free platform.
Every problem which is being discussed in this group is being considered.
Protest : We don’t want anyone to waste any of our friends time going for a protest and not gaining anything...but definitely loosing their work time.
Protests are important but only when you have more than 90% majority which can actually influence anything.Going on to protest with few hundreds you don’t gain anything..on the top public turns against us which gives a benefit to outside companies to benefit.
Agenda is very simple and straightforward that when any policies are made they are made by without the consent of the drivers.Till date every policy that comes every year , it is more and more cruel then last year.They talk about demand and supply,competition and lower costs and efficiency.
The government is not able to full fill the needs of public transport,they increase the fares of public transportation every year and tell us that fares needs to be increased because inflation has increased so they need to increase the fare and they have to pay the private companies employees wages because they are insufficient to have a good lifestyle and On the top Government actually pay these companies to run the public transport if there is not enough passengers but this same strategy doesn’t apply on us but I know this will never be applied as well because we are individual sole traders not corporations.
Competition : Haha we have to be competitive to be in the market...okay...hang on ...competition between whom other drivers....I am not able to digest this whole scenario.
Competition is always between the two companies.If we as drivers have to compete with each other then what these booking Service Providers (network Service Providers) are here for . If they want us to compete then we will decide what is the price going to be from one location A to location B.
But we can’t do this so where is the competition.Competition is when we fight with each other to get a fare.In the name of competition we are being looted by all these corporations who talk about changing a look,changing a feel .Its not competing it’s called playing safe.This has to be changed corporations want to compete,they should compete to get more work,give customers and drivers better conditions,better pays,better safety,better customer services,Better driver services but you will not get that because they are not here to give,they are here to take a share of the services you are giving .In the name of competition they want to decrease fare... decrease it ...no problem but decrease your share as well not decrease drivers share.
Competition is between companies but here companies are playing with arms in arms with other companies and telling the drivers we are helping to drivers to increase their financial position by charging them fixed amounts or by charging percentages of the fares.
Change has to occur.Believe us the first thing we need to change is me. I is very prominent these days but we have to become WE. WE ARE ONE ☝️.First thing we need to do is change ourselves and be respectful to others,be peaceful,be positive and of helping nature and have a good heart.Your customer service has to be the BEST ,clean cars ,clean presentable dress and always welcoming towards customers ,this way we will stand out.90% of the drivers are doing this already but other 10% also has to be changed.Once we all are united as a TEAM,these corporations have to knee down because there businesses are running because of us.
Drivers conditions will get batter as the corporations will start competing with each other because they will know that they require us.

We have to stop 🛑 these corporations from becoming more and more stronger because if we don’t stop this year..Future is having lot of bad news:
Example autopilot cars.
In coming next 2-3 years you will see them more often on the roads.If we didn’t wake up today ,they are already gathering to go for auto pilot taxis in near future so you have to change.They are taking the wealth that should be coming in our pocket in their pockets(bank accounts) and they are getting ready for the Future.
